Refund policy

At Bronks & Montgomery, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, and you can provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we may offer you a refund or exchange, provided that the item(s) are:

Returned within 10 days of delivery or in-store pickup.
Not personalised or customised in any way.
Unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

We recommend retaining proof of payment and the shipping note, as goods remain your responsibility until received by Bronks & Montgomery. We will cover the cost of sending your new item(s) for one-time exchanges.

Please Note

No refunds will be issued for change of mind. However, a store credit note may be issued if an exchange is not suitable at the time of return.
Unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
